Tike training and consulting is a training and human resources management consulting company. We provide services, expertise and resources to private and government sectors in South Africa. The Company is born from identifying a skills gap as per the Skills Act of 1998.  

 

Tike Training and consulting is registered as a private company under the Companies Act, 2008... 100% owned by a black female.
The company boasts a BEE rating of Level 1. Overall leadership and responsibility for coordination of operations lies with Managing Director Masego Motloba.
We specialize in Soft skills and Management Training, Coaching Mentoring and HR related Consulting which includes Recruitment, Employee Relations, Payroll, Performance Management and Wellness. Our company is passionate with assisting organizations and individuals to be more productive, efficient and value adding. The company helps businesses to be competitive and realize return on investment.

 

Tike Training and Consulting will act on your behalf as your Human Resources representative, or we can provide support and expertise to complement existing HR staff. We take the time to develop a strong working relationship with you by understanding your needs, your business and your corporate culture. With that understanding, we recommend solutions in line with your business needs and then work with you to implement them.

Director Profile

Tike training and consulting is led by Masego Motloba who is the owner and Managing Director. She holds a BTech degree in Marketing Management from the University of South Africa majoring in Financial Management, a Diploma in Marketing Management majoring in Market Research from Tshwane University of Technology Pretoria, and a BCom Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at UNISA majoring in Performance management.

 

 

Her further professional qualifications include certificates in Project Management; course design practitioner, qualified facilitator and constituent assessor for ETDP seta and service Seta. She has more than 18 year of working in financial services industry and 10 years are of Human resources management and consulting. 

 

She leads a team of five facilitators, assessors and moderators who boots more than 25 years of combined professionalism in training and human resources consulting.
